Those idiots are the ones who will be on a future list of fatalities along with any poor soul who happens to be in their path.

There are so many wrecks up there (the average Tulsan is 6.9% more likelier to have a wreck than the national average for urban areas) I tune in a traffic report on talk radio before I hit the road...going or coming...to see which streets and interstates are currently open and not closed due to wrecks. That's pathetic.
