Wow - fantastic! I was up there a couple of years ago for the 55th reunion. We had a tour of the building and I gave my Classical ball cap to the Museum. I grew up on Middlesex St near Springfield College and went to Buckingham Jr High 52-54. My younger brother still lives there.

Your Mohawk Trail comments caught my attention. I've done that route many times - always enjoyable. Does the 'Springfield' mean Massachusetts? Its my hometown - Classical High School, class of 1957.

"first we're told of an abundance of natural gas then suddenly there's a shortage that drives prices up. hmmmmmm...doens't pass the smell test." Think of the movie 1984 and double-speak. It's also known as lying and deception. Just like people and the media say gas prices are lower now than under Bush, they're not. Technically speaking though, it's higher now than it ever was under Bush. It averaged $3.23 for the year in 2008 but it hit that record high in July at $4.09 a gallon that year. It's been $3.45 a gallon and higher for the average now ever since 2011 under Obama, so everyone is paying more today than then. Feel free to share that information.

Sorry that it is so hot. Last year on Feb. 15, we had 1 to 2 in. of snow, first measurable snow in 5 years. This year we set a record by hitting 88° on Feb. 15. Haven't been below the mid 70s since. Rain coming on Sat. WE HOPE! Only 0.01" so far this year, should be ~2". Warren :)
