>I certainly hope this is a step in the right direction to bring US back to our former manufacturing glory. We need more 'made in America' and less imported crap!< There's more "made in America" out there than you'd believe. You go buy something Apple, yes it's "assembled in China." But when you get down to the chips it it... a lot of them are made in America. I'm sitting here in front of my computer and I just had to change the batteries in my Apple keyboard. The batteries were made in USA by Procter & Gamble. I've also got some Scotch tape. made in USA by 3M. The chip that makes an iPhone run is made here in Texas. Even Apple, the "assembled in China" company, has decided to pull one of their product lines back into the USA. What's made in China has a huge amount of boring, low-wage, dangerous content. If Nike could figure out how to automate shoe assembly, they have said they would pull their manufacturing back here.

Sorry....I'm not always on the road. It's a hit or miss thing.

I just don't get it! Why do people sign up as GasBuddies and don't show up to post gas prices each day? :( We all signed up to post gas prices so we all can see where the best gas deals are located in our local area and see GB posted gas prices everywhere we travel. All it takes is a few minutes to post 5 gas prices per day (that's generally no more than 2 gas stations), and many say it's real easy using the smartphone app! 5 gas prices = 750 points each day = 273,750 points in one year! If a GB did the 5-5-5, they would have even more points in a years time, if they were really interested and would move up to the next level sooner! Keep going, it's nice seeing GBs come back each day! : )

Thanks for posting on GasBuddy, even though you are here only occasionally or part time! We are all helping others save on gas! Post regularly everyday if you can, to help us see where the best gas deals are located, it's nice seeing GBs come back to post gas prices as often as they can, it's really a big help to the tens of thousands of GBs and others, especially that travel!

To what are you referring?

Read your post about how much oil is in the USA. Hard to believe. Wonder why we have not heard about this before? I am going to read the links you have provided us. Keep up the good work-this country needs more folks like you!!
