We need more 'made in America' and less imported crap!< There's more "made in America" out there than you'd believe. You go buy something Apple, yes it's "assembled in China." But when you get down to the chips it it... a lot of them are made in America. I'm sitting here in front of my computer and I just had to change the batteries in my Apple keyboard. The batteries were made in USA by Procter & Gamble. I've also got some Scotch tape. made in USA by 3M. The chip that makes an iPhone run is made here in Texas. Even Apple, the "assembled in China" company, has decided to pull one of their product lines back into the USA. What's made in China has a huge amount of boring, low-wage, dangerous content. If Nike could figure out how to automate shoe assembly, they have said they would pull their manufacturing back here.
