Thank you. Those 2 ski areas are really eye-opening. I've always assumed that ski areas in other states were just smaller versions of Colorado ski areas. Nothing could be further from the truth. In Colorado skiing is the number 1 economic generator in the state. Here it's not just big business, it's the biggest business. The difference is both quantitative and qualitative. Nowadays ski areas are year-round sports resorts that draw in people from around the world. The ski trails turn into mountain bike trails during the summer. They never close. The ski areas are small versions of Disneyland open 24/7 year-round with hotels, concerts, tubing, biking, ice skating and any other activity you can think of. Some of the best concerts I've ever seen, both classical and rock have been sitting on a ski slope. Thank you for the urls. That's very interesting.
