I was in "crazy" Southern California. I was driving a 1973 Mazda RX3, a hatchback with a Wankel rotary engine. You have to click "accept", I don't show up as a buddy yet.

I was working in Timmins in 1973 & I can't recall having any problems getting fuel. I had a brand new 1972 jeep truck [304 V8 & an 8000 lb. winch] [that truck was like a tank] I had to retire it in 1987 [85,000 miles] I bought a Ford F150 4wd [real bad mistake] A total/total LEMON. In 1992 I traded it in on a "Toyota 4 Runner" [real nice machine]

I remember only being able to buy fuel on Odd or Even days based on the last digit of my car's license plate during the oil embargo back in 1973. We need to insure energy independence for all of North America. Care to become buddies?? Warren {:-)

Sometimes should not mean it never is done. I believe that the Texas interests are the ones pushing the Keystone pipeline to keep the business coming their way and those of us that want any solution, as long as the oil moves, are ignoring the comparative costs.

Refine oil where it comes out of the ground, eliminating transportation costs and hazards, make the first market close to the refinery, and create lower prices. The same answer applies to the Keystone pipeline.

Nice to meet you from beautiful Eastern Washington.

Regarding your comment about the article 'No Free Sun for you! What Arizona wants to Tax Solar Power!" This is a very poorly written and MISLEADING article. Numerous times it refers to the Arizona state and to 'Tax' solar power. The proposal is NEITHER! Now first I want to say that I am against this proposal. But this has nothing to do with the State of Arizona and has NOTHING TO DO with a state Tax! This is a proposal by a private company, 'Arizona Public Service' Yes they provide a public service, but they are a private company. Now lets wait and see what the Arizona state Utility commission does with this proposal. Read the Article before making comments please!
