Thanks for being my newest friend. I have some college, too. No Kindergarten.

All the guys below are my friends except Gary Bowles. We used to be friends and have met face to face four times in Oregon. Two times at his house.

Bottom line we are being screwed not only by the oil companies but also the gas taxes imposed by our govt.

by GoneUpAgain  Oct 14, 2013

Oil prices aren't regulated by the oil companies, rather they are dictated by the oil companies.

I agree with my GB paulydel.... This is very dangerous. If a hacker causes an accident which leads to serious injury or death they would be in a lot of trouble.

Today is our buddy AlleycatMO's birthday, (regardless of what her profile says ;-) ...Please stop by and wish her a happy birthday. thanks!

Thanks a million for your comments. IMHO, US innovation should help create +ve results & create lower gas prices.

The oil companies have made record profits at our expense is one of the reasons besides Obuma that our economy is slow recovery. Take a look around you everything we buy has either gotten smaller orstayed the same with higher prices. I am not for any business making a profit but when it comes to the point of greed and holding the american people hostage I have a great big problem with that especially when it eats into my disposable income.

>Maybe they should be regulated like the other utilities.< Regulated utilities come with regulated, guaranteed profits. Are you ready to go that far? Comcast has a profit margin of 10%, while ExxonMobil has a profit margin of 9%.
