Thanks for posting on GasBuddy! We are all here helping others save on gas and we help even more when we post gas prices each day! Posting regularly can help each of us see where the best gas deals are located, but we need updated prices each day! It's nice seeing GBs come back to post gas prices as often as they can, it's really a big help to the tens of thousands of GBs and others, especially those that travel! It takes a lot of dedication and persistence to climb the GasBuddy ladder to each level, but thousands of GBs do it each day! Many GBs get anywhere from 750 to 975 points each day! But, more than 90% of new GBs will not make it to their 1st red car (1M points), most of the 8,000,000 GBs quit before they even get close, and many GBs only show up occasionally or part time, but keep going, you can do it! It's nice seeing those GBs that will come back each day even though most don't! :(

Q: Do I post the cash price, or the credit price?
A: Most consumers use debit or credit cards when making purchases. We've had far too many complaints from people stating they've gone to a station only to find out they had to pay more than what was quoted on our site. That said, please post the price before the cash discount when possible. You can still provide the cash discount information, but please enter that information in the Comments field. for example the Citgo Near I-85 Exit 102 comments: -9¢ gas -10¢ diesel with cash, for Auto Stop: cash only no credit or debit card, for Murphy: -3¢ w/Walmart giftcard -5¢ w/Walmart creditcard, for Bilo card stations: accepts BiLo Fuelperks, for Brad's: cash price, add 3% for cards

It's really easy once you create a favorites list which includes the comments and then use it to post prices. comments can be added on the map and other places but they are not saved so they have to be added every time a price is posted.
