Since fuel prices are set by the oil industry and their lackies, none at all. Oil prices have come down all over the world and gas prices have increased by 70 cents a gallon, thanks to the oil companies and refineries for withholding supply and exporting the oil.

I truly believe the Management of these Oil companies lie to the public constantly to ensure their income does not waver daily, weekly, monthly and year over year.
There will be a time that the Management of these corporations will find out that lying was not worth it and someone will take them out and what was the point - it never saved them nor did the y live long enough to enjoy their wealth.
Warning beware - take heed

In the 70's we had the oil embargo. We should have realized that we have little (if any) control over the supply and price of oil (unless we close our borders) Our leaders have had over 30 years to figure out some sort of energy plan but they have been to busy running for office.
